We are currently seeking a Manager of Consumer Compliance Consulting for our global banks division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and support to our clients in navigating the complex world of compliance. Your expertise and leadership will play a critical role in ensuring that our clients meet all regulatory requirements and maintain their reputation as responsible and ethical financial institutions.   1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of global banking regulations and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
  2. Provide strategic compliance consulting to clients in the global banking industry, including identifying potential risks and developing solutions to mitigate them.
  3. Conduct compliance assessments and audits to ensure clients are in compliance with all relevant regulations.
  4. Stay current on emerging compliance issues and advise clients on potential impacts and mitigation strategies.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for clients on compliance matters.
  7. Monitor and analyze changes in regulations and communicate potential impacts to clients.
  8. Lead and train other compliance professionals within the organization.
  9. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their unique compliance needs and provide tailored solutions.
  10. Ensure clients maintain a strong reputation as responsible and ethical financial institutions by promoting a culture of compliance.
  11. Manage and prioritize multiple client engagements and projects simultaneously.
  12. Act as a liaison between clients and regulatory agencies as needed.
  13. Prepare and present compliance reports and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
  14. Continuously review and improve compliance processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  15. Participate in industry conferences and events to stay informed of compliance best practices and network with other professionals.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Global Banking Regulations: A Manager - Consumer Compliance Consulting At Ncr Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of The Various Regulations And Laws Governing The Global Banking Industry, Including But Not Limited To Dodd-Frank Act, Basel Iii, And Gdpr.

  • Experience In Risk Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record In Conducting Risk Assessments, Identifying Potential Compliance Issues, And Implementing Effective Risk Management Strategies For Global Banks.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Manager - Consumer Compliance Consulting, One Must Be Able To Interpret Complex Regulations And Provide Practical Solutions To Ensure The Bank's Compliance With Them. This Requires Strong Analytical Skills And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Involves Working Closely With Clients And Various Internal Stakeholders. Effective Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders And Ensure Successful Project Delivery.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: As A Manager, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading A Team And Managing Projects. This Includes Setting Priorities, Delegating Tasks, And Ensuring Timely And High-Quality Project Delivery.
