3. Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to shipments.
4. Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and delivery information.
5. Coordinate and schedule carrier pickups and drop-offs.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Liaise with suppliers, carriers and other stakeholders in the delivery process.
8. Prepare and analyze reports on delivery performance and costs.
9. Maintain records of orders, shipments, and related documents.
10. Research and implement best practices for logistics and delivery.
