- Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for the organization.
- Identify and assess training needs of employees at all levels and in various departments.
- Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads and HR business partners to ensure training programs align with business goals and objectives.
- Utilize various learning methodologies, such as e-learning, classroom training, and on-the-job training, to provide a well-rounded and effective learning experience.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on participant feedback and organizational needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training providers and vendors.
- Monitor and track the effectiveness and impact of training programs on employee performance and retention.
- Create and maintain a leadership development program for high-potential employees to groom them for future leadership roles.
- Collaborate with managers to identify and develop individualized development plans for employees.
- Act as a mentor and coach to employees, providing guidance and support for their professional growth and development.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.
- Manage the learning and development budget and ensure cost-effective training solutions.
- Communicate the value and impact of learning and development initiatives to stakeholders and senior management.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Learning And Leadership Development, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Techniques.
Experience Developing And Implementing Leadership Development Programs, Including Coaching And Mentoring Initiatives.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Stakeholders At All Levels.
