  1. Provide expert technical support for our API platform to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the API platform, including identifying and resolving root causes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve customer escalations in a timely manner.
  4. Proactively monitor the API platform to identify and address potential issues before they impact customers.
  5. Communicate with clients in a professional and courteous manner to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  6. Create and maintain documentation for troubleshooting and issue resolution processes.
  7. Continuously improve and optimize the API platform by identifying and implementing enhancements and updates.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to API platforms and support.
  9. Train and mentor junior team members on the API platform and support processes.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to clients.
  11. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and recommendations for improving the API platform based on customer experiences.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the support team.
  13. Represent the company and the API platform at industry events and conferences.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing all job duties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Background In Computer Science Or A Related Field Is Essential For A L3 Api Platform Support Role At Ncr. This Ensures That The Candidate Possesses A Solid Understanding Of Programming Languages, Software Development, And Other Technical Concepts.

  • Experience In Api Development And Support: As A L3 Api Platform Support Professional, The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of Api Development And Support Processes. This Includes Experience In Designing, Implementing, And Maintaining Apis As Well As Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Api Management Tools: Ncr Utilizes Various Api Management Tools, And The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Using These Tools. This Includes A Working Knowledge Of Api Gateways, Api Proxies, And Api Analytics Platforms.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: A Strong Command Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Javascript Is Crucial For A L3 Api Platform Support Role. This Enables The Candidate To Effectively Troubleshoot And Debug Complex Api Issues And Provide Solutions For Customers.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills: As A L3 Api Platform Support Professional, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Interacting With Customers, Providing Technical Support, And Resolving Issues In A Timely Manner.
