  1. Conduct research on international tax laws and regulations to assist in identifying potential tax savings opportunities for the company.
  2. Collaborate with team members to gather and analyze financial data in order to prepare accurate and timely tax returns and reports.
  3. Learn and apply tax planning strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and calculations.
  5. Support the tax team in conducting tax audits and responding to tax authority inquiries.
  6. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including tax authorities, to provide accurate and timely information.
  7. Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  8. Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to improve processes and procedures.
  9. Maintain organized and accurate records of tax data and documentation.
  10. Contribute to the overall success of the tax team by taking on additional tasks and projects as needed.
  11. Uphold NCR's values and ethical standards in all job responsibilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of International Tax Laws: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of International Tax Laws And Regulations, Including Transfer Pricing, Tax Treaties, And Foreign Tax Credits.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As An International Tax Intern, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Analyze Complex Tax Data And Make Recommendations For Tax Planning And Compliance Strategies. Strong Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Think Critically Are Essential For This Role.

  • Fluency In Multiple Languages: Ncr Is A Global Company With Operations In Various Countries. The Ability To Communicate Effectively In Multiple Languages, Especially Those Commonly Used In International Business, Is Highly Desirable For This Position.

  • Familiarity With Tax Software: Experience With Tax Software Such As Cch, Onesource, Or Bna Income Tax Planner Is Preferred. The Candidate Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As An International Tax Intern, The Candidate Will Be Working With Teams From Different Countries And Cultures. Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Building Relationships And Collaborating Effectively With Colleagues And Clients.
