Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Strategic Business Partnership.
Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Implementing And Maintaining Hr Policies And Procedures.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Overall Business Goals And Objectives.
Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Decision-Making At All Levels Of The Organization.
