Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, With A Focus On Strategic Business Partnership.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws And Regulations, As Well As Experience Implementing And Maintaining Hr Policies And Procedures.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing Hr Strategies That Align With Overall Business Goals And Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication, Collaboration, And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Decision-Making At All Levels Of The Organization.
