  1. Provide on-site support for various technology systems to ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Install, configure, and maintain technology systems for customers.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Travel to customer locations to perform on-site support and maintenance.
  6. Document all service activities and maintain accurate records.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
  8. Continuously stay updated on new technology and products to provide the best possible support.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures while performing job duties.
  10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  11. Complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
  12. Follow safety guidelines and protocols while working on customer sites.
  13. Assist in training new team members and sharing knowledge and expertise.
  14. Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide suggestions for enhanced efficiency.
  15. Maintain a high level of productivity and meet or exceed performance metrics.
