- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and issues.
- Conduct on-site visits to customers' locations to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software malfunctions on NCR products.
- Utilize technical knowledge and resources to effectively troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement solutions for complex technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Continuously update and expand technical knowledge through training and self-learning.
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolutions to technical issues.
- Proactively identify potential issues and provide recommendations to improve customer experience.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing on-site visits.
- Maintain and organize inventory of parts and equipment necessary for repairs.
- Travel to various locations as needed to provide on-site technical support.
- Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer expectations.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills
Minimum Of 1-3 Years Of Experience In Field Service Or Related Technical Field
Strong Technical And Troubleshooting Skills
Ability To Work Independently And Adapt To Changing Work Environments And Schedules.
