- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and effectively to service requests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NCR's omni-channel solutions.
- Install, repair, and maintain NCR equipment at client locations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, including details of the issue and steps taken to resolve it.
- Follow company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines, while performing service calls.
- Continuously update knowledge and skills related to NCR's products and technologies.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and assist with service calls.
- Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Adhere to service level agreements and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
- Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
- Travel to client locations as needed and maintain a valid driver's license.
- Communicate effectively with managers and team members regarding service requests, issues, and resolutions.
- Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment.
