  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by responding promptly and effectively to service requests.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to NCR's omni-channel solutions.
  3. Install, repair, and maintain NCR equipment at client locations.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  5. Keep accurate records of service calls, including details of the issue and steps taken to resolve it.
  6. Follow company policies and procedures, as well as safety guidelines, while performing service calls.
  7. Continuously update knowledge and skills related to NCR's products and technologies.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and assist with service calls.
  9. Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  10. Adhere to service level agreements and ensure timely resolution of service requests.
  11. Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to the appropriate team members.
  12. Travel to client locations as needed and maintain a valid driver's license.
  13. Communicate effectively with managers and team members regarding service requests, issues, and resolutions.
  14. Maintain and manage inventory of spare parts and equipment.
  15. Provide training and support to clients on NCR's products and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Education Requirement For A Field Service Technician I At Ncr Is A High School Diploma Or Equivalent. This Ensures That The Candidate Has A Basic Understanding Of Fundamental Concepts And Possesses The Necessary Skills To Perform The Job.
