- Install and configure new equipment and software for customers.

- Maintain accurate records of service calls and equipment repairs.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Field Or Related Industry
Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware And Software, Including Troubleshooting And Repair
Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals
Valid Driver's License And Ability To Travel To Various Customer Sites As Needed.
