  1. Provide hands-on technical support to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Diagnose and repair equipment, including hardware and software.
  3. Install and configure new equipment and software for customers.
  4. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  5. Communicate effectively with customers to understand and resolve their problems.
  6. Maintain accurate records of service calls and equipment repairs.
  7. Adhere to company safety protocols and procedures while working on customer sites.
  8. Keep up-to-date with advancements in technology and new products.
  9. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
  11. Work independently and manage time effectively to meet service deadlines.
  12. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times.
  13. Assist in training and mentoring new technicians.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  15. Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Field Or Related Industry

  • Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware And Software, Including Troubleshooting And Repair

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills And Ability To Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Individuals

  • Valid Driver's License And Ability To Travel To Various Customer Sites As Needed.
