  1. Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to clients
  2. Maintain and repair cutting-edge technology solutions for clients
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve any technical issues
  4. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems on site or remotely
  5. Install and configure hardware and software for clients
  6. Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests and work orders
  7. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative solutions for clients
  8. Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
  10. Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through trainings and certifications
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols
  12. Travel to different client locations as needed to perform on-site repairs and maintenance
  13. Provide timely and detailed reports to management on service activities and client interactions
  14. Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner at all times
  15. Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.
