- Provide exceptional customer service and technical expertise to clients
- Maintain and repair cutting-edge technology solutions for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and resolve any technical issues
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems on site or remotely
- Install and configure hardware and software for clients
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requests and work orders
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement innovative solutions for clients
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology
- Continuously improve technical skills and knowledge through trainings and certifications

- Travel to different client locations as needed to perform on-site repairs and maintenance

Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
High School Diploma Or Equivalent
Knowledge Of Computer Hardware And Software Troubleshooting
Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Technical Support
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment, As Well As A Willingness To Travel For On-Site Service Calls.
