- Provide exceptional customer service to businesses by responding promptly to service requests and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for NCR products in a timely and efficient manner.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure proper functionality of NCR products.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
- Keep up-to-date with NCR product developments and changes in order to provide accurate and efficient service.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of service calls, including parts used, time spent, and any other relevant information.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry safety standards, while performing service calls.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices, and assist with challenging service calls when needed.
- Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.

Technical Knowledge And Experience: A Field Service Technician I Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Electronics, Computer Hardware, And Software. They Should Also Have Experience Troubleshooting And Repairing Technical Issues.
