  1. Provide exceptional customer service to businesses by responding promptly to service requests and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  2. Perform installation, maintenance, and repair services for NCR products in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure proper functionality of NCR products.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and address any concerns or questions they may have.
  5. Keep up-to-date with NCR product developments and changes in order to provide accurate and efficient service.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of service calls, including parts used, time spent, and any other relevant information.
  7. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as industry safety standards, while performing service calls.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices, and assist with challenging service calls when needed.
  9. Continuously strive to improve technical skills and knowledge through training and development opportunities.
  10. Represent NCR in a positive manner and maintain a strong professional image while interacting with customers and colleagues.
