High School Diploma Or Equivalent - A Minimum Education Requirement To Ensure Basic Knowledge And Comprehension Skills.
Technical Certification Or Degree In Relevant Field - Provides Specialized Knowledge And Skills In Troubleshooting And Repairing Equipment.
Previous Experience In Customer Service Or Technical Support - Familiarity With Providing Quality Service To Customers And Handling Technical Issues.
Knowledge Of Computer Hardware And Software - Understanding Of Computer Systems And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Problems.
