  1. Provide onsite support for NCR products in the Calgary area, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of technical issues.
  2. Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
  3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support to clients.
  4. Conduct regular preventative maintenance and inspections on NCR products to ensure optimal performance.
  5. Act as a liaison between NCR and clients, communicating updates and solutions to technical issues.
  6. Keep accurate records of all service calls, including details of issues and resolutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date with NCR product developments and updates to provide informed support to clients.
  8. Participate in training and development opportunities to improve technical skills and knowledge.
  9. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing onsite service and maintenance.
  10. Maintain a professional and customer-centric attitude at all times, representing NCR in a positive manner.

Job Qualifications
  • Technical Expertise: The Ideal Candidate Should Possess Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge In Areas Such As Computer Hardware, Software, Networking, And Troubleshooting Techniques.

  • Experience In Field Service: Previous Experience In A Field Service Role, Preferably In The Technology Industry, Is Highly Desirable. This Includes Working With Customers On-Site, Diagnosing And Resolving Technical Issues, And Providing Excellent Customer Service.

  • Communication Skills: Field Service Technicians Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers, Colleagues, And Other Stakeholders. This Includes The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner.

  • Time Management And Multitasking Abilities: The Job Of A Field Service Technician Often Involves Working On Multiple Tasks And Projects Simultaneously. The Candidate Should Be Able To Manage Their Time Effectively And Prioritize Tasks To Meet Tight Deadlines.
