- Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for NCR technology solutions in Quebec City.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Adhere to NCR's service standards and procedures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Field Service Technician 1 At Ncr In Quebec City Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Technical Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Field Service Setting.
