  1. Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for NCR technology solutions in Quebec City.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  4. Adhere to NCR's service standards and procedures, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
  5. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management regarding service requests and project updates.
  6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of service activities, including parts used, time spent, and recommendations for future improvement.
  7. Continuously update technical knowledge and skills to stay current with advancements in NCR technology solutions.
  8. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements for increased efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to equipment, safety, and data security.
  10. Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner at all times, promoting the company's values and brand.
  11. Travel to client sites as required, both locally and potentially internationally.
  12. Follow all established protocols for handling and documenting customer complaints and escalations.
  13. Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance on equipment and systems before and after service calls.
  14. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling of NCR products and services to clients.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for NCR, promoting the company's products and services to potential clients.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Field Service Technician 1 At Ncr In Quebec City Should Have A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.

  • Technical Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Customer Service Role, Preferably In A Field Service Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Computer Systems And Electronics: A Strong Understanding Of Computer Hardware And Software Systems, As Well As Basic Knowledge Of Electronic Components, Is Essential For This Position.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Field Service Technician, You Will Be Communicating With Customers On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.
