Job Description

  1. Lead and manage the Workday team, providing direction, guidance, and support to team members.
  2. Develop and implement human resources strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  3. Oversee the successful implementation and maintenance of Workday applications across the organization.
  4. Monitor and analyze HR data, trends, and metrics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR processes and initiatives are aligned with other departments and business needs.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand their needs and provide effective HR solutions.
  7. Drive a positive and inclusive workplace culture through effective leadership, communication, and employee engagement initiatives.
  8. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in human resources and Workday technology, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
  9. Manage and allocate resources efficiently and effectively to meet business objectives and deliver results.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to human resources management.
  11. Foster a high-performance culture by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and coaching team members for growth and development.
  12. Represent the company and the Workday team at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
  13. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans for the Workday team.
  14. Lead change management efforts related to Workday and other HR initiatives, ensuring smooth and successful adoption across the organization.
  15. Identify and address potential risks and issues related to Workday and HR processes, providing proactive solutions and mitigation strategies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Human Resources, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Hr Or Finance Leadership Roles, With At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Workday Implementation And Management.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hr And Finance Processes And Best Practices, As Well As Experience With Large-Scale Organizational Transformations And Change Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successful Project Management, Including The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Effectively Communicate With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Excellent Leadership And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Partners, And Effectively Manage And Develop A Team.
