  1. Develop and implement strategic plans for the global repair operations department, in alignment with the overall company goals and objectives.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the global repair operations, including repair processes, procedures, and systems.
  3. Ensure timely and efficient repair and maintenance of products for customers around the world, meeting or exceeding service level agreements.
  4. Monitor repair performance metrics and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  5. Lead a team of repair technicians and support staff, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high levels of productivity and performance.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, supply chain, and customer service, to identify and resolve repair-related issues.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and a seamless repair process.
  8. Develop and manage the department's budget, forecasting costs, and implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in repair and maintenance operations, and implement relevant changes to enhance the department's performance.
  10. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards related to repair operations, including safety and environmental regulations.
  11. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the global repair operations department, encouraging innovation and efficiency in all processes and procedures.
  12. Effectively communicate departmental goals, objectives, and performance to senior management, providing regular updates and reports as needed.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for NCR, representing the company's values and commitment to exceptional customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Global Repair Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Global Repair Operations, Preferably In The Technology Industry. This Experience Should Include Overseeing Repair Facilities, Managing Repair Processes, And Optimizing Repair Operations Globally.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As An Executive Director, The Candidate Should Possess Exceptional Leadership And Management Skills To Effectively Lead A Team Of Repair Professionals. This Includes The Ability To Set And Communicate Clear Goals, Delegate Tasks, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve High Levels Of Performance.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities: The Role Of Executive Director Global Repair Operations Requires The Candidate To Have Strong Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Skills. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Situations, Identify Issues, And Make Sound Decisions To Mitigate Risks And Improve Repair Operations.
