Executive Director, Global Payroll

NCR is seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Director, Global Payroll to lead a team of professionals in delivering world-class payroll services to our global colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of strong leadership skills, exceptional communication, and extensive payroll knowledge.The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively with other stakeholders and drive innovative payroll solutions. We are looking for a high-energy individual with a strong business acumen and a passion for excellence.The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in payroll operations. A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is preferred. The candidate must also have strong project management and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and execute tactically are essential.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of payroll professionals in providing world-class payroll services to global colleagues.
2. Demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication, and comprehensive knowledge of payroll.
3. Develop innovative payroll solutions in collaboration with stakeholders.
4. Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field and 10+ years of experience in payroll operations.
5. Possess a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation (preferred).
6. Demonstrate strong project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
7. Think strategically and execute tactically.
8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
