Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and guidance on executive compensation and benefits matters

• Draft and review executive compensation and benefits agreements
• Negotiate executive compensation and benefits agreements with third parties
• Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Advise on legal risks associated with executive compensation and benefits plans
• Manage external legal counsel as necessary
