
Executive Comp & Benefits Attorney
We are looking for an experienced Executive Comp & Benefits Attorney to join our NCR team and provide high-level legal advice and guidance on executive compensation and benefits matters. In this role, you will advise on internal policies, initiatives, and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We are looking for a self-motivated professional who is committed to providing excellent legal services to our team.To be successful in this role, you must have a Juris Doctor degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in executive compensation and benefits law. You must also have a thorough understanding of the laws and regulations that apply to executive compensation and benefits. In addition, you must demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on executive compensation and benefits matters
- Review internal policies, initiatives, and processes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Analyze legal implications of proposed executive compensation and benefits plans
- Provide advice and guidance to management on executive compensation and benefits matters
- Draft and review executive compensation and benefits agreements
- Negotiate executive compensation and benefits agreements with third parties
- Monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Advise on legal risks associated with executive compensation and benefits plans
- Manage external legal counsel as necessary
