
Customer & Market Insights Manager
At NCR, we are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced Customer & Market Insights Manager to join our team. This role requires an experienced, data-driven individual with a passion for leveraging customer and market insights to provide actionable recommendations that will guide the organization’s strategic direction and future growth.The successful candidate must possess a minimum of five years' experience in a customer insights or market research role, and have a proven track record of driving growth through data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors degree in a related field, such as Business, Economics, Psychology, or Statistics. In addition, a strong understanding of market research tools and techniques is a must.We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and analytical skills, who is able to effectively translate customer and market insights into actionable recommendations that will have a positive impact on business outcomes.
