  1. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients by promptly responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to install, configure, and troubleshoot complex hardware and software systems for customers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of NCR products and services to effectively assist customers with their needs.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experiences and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  6. Create and maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  8. Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
  9. Travel to customer sites to perform installation, maintenance, and repair services as needed.
  10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and stay current with NCR products and services.
