  1. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to technical inquiries and resolving customer issues in a timely manner.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software problems for NCR products.
  3. Act as a liaison between NCR and customers, maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to provide clear and concise instructions and solutions.
  5. Stay up-to-date on NCR products and services to provide accurate and efficient support to customers.
  6. Effectively manage and prioritize multiple customer requests and inquiries to meet service level agreements.
  7. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our systems.
  8. Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive and efficient resolution process for customers.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery processes.
  10. Proactively identify and escalate complex or recurring technical issues to appropriate teams for resolution.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including security protocols, to ensure the protection of customer and company data.
  12. Display a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality and excellence in all interactions with customers and team members.
  13. Represent NCR in a professional and positive manner while on customer premises.
  14. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand technical knowledge and skills.
  15. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Engineering team.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: Ncr Operates In A Fast-Paced And Constantly Evolving Technological Landscape. The Customer Engineer Should Be Able To Adapt To New Technologies And Work In A Dynamic Environment. They Should Also Be Flexible To Work Outside Of Regular Business Hours And Be Available For On-Call Support.
