  1. Manage Financial Operations: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the corporation, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
  2. Ensure Accurate and Timely Reporting: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for ensuring that all financial reports are accurate, timely, and comply with accounting principles and regulations.
  3. Drive Business Growth: The Senior Accountant will play a crucial role in driving business growth by providing insights and recommendations based on financial data and analysis.
  4. Maintain Financial Records: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized financial records, including journal entries, general ledger, and account reconciliations.
  5. Conduct Audits: The Senior Accountant will be responsible for conducting regular internal audits to identify any discrepancies or errors in financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  6. Monitor Cash Flow: The Senior Accountant will monitor cash flow and make recommendations to improve cash management and reduce financial risks.

  9. Train and Mentor Junior Staff: The Senior Accountant may be responsible for training and mentoring junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures: The Senior Accountant will adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethical standards, data privacy, and confidentiality.
