  1. Conduct regular reviews and audits of company processes and systems to ensure compliance with PCI standards and regulations.
  2. Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  3. Stay updated on changes in PCI standards and regulations and communicate any necessary updates and changes to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Conduct risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities or gaps in compliance.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement necessary changes and improvements to achieve and maintain compliance.
  6. Monitor and track compliance metrics and present findings to management.
  7. Conduct training and educational sessions for employees on compliance standards and best practices.
  8. Serve as a point of contact for all compliance-related inquiries from clients, partners, and regulatory bodies.
  9. Participate in external audits and assessments to ensure compliance with PCI standards.
  10. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of compliance activities and documentation.
  11. Investigate and report any potential compliance breaches and work towards resolution.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve internal processes and procedures to enhance compliance effectiveness.
  13. Communicate compliance issues and recommendations to management and provide guidance on remediation.
  14. Remain updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure NCR's compliance processes are in line with the latest standards.
  15. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure their compliance with PCI standards.
  16. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  17. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the performance of job duties.
  18. Foster a culture of compliance awareness and accountability within the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge Of Payment Card Industry (Pci) Standards And Regulations: A Compliance Analyst At Ncr Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of The Latest Pci Standards And Regulations, Including Pci Dss, Pa-Dss, And Pci Pin Security Requirements.

  • Experience With Compliance Audits And Assessments: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Conducting Compliance Audits And Assessments To Ensure That Ncr's Payment Card Systems And Processes Meet Pci Requirements.

  • Familiarity With Payment Card Technologies: A Compliance Analyst Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Payment Card Technologies, Such As Emv, Nfc, And Tokenization, And How They Impact Pci Compliance.

  • Attention To Detail: Compliance With Pci Standards Requires Strict Attention To Detail. The Candidate Should Have A Keen Eye For Identifying Potential Compliance Gaps And Be Meticulous In Their Approach To Ensure Ncr's Systems And Processes Are Fully Compliant.
