  1. Develop and implement strategies and processes to ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices for our PE Funds division.
  2. Review and analyze financial data to identify potential risks and areas for improvement.
  3. Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement.
  4. Communicate with internal stakeholders to provide updates on compliance issues and address any concerns.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain policies and procedures related to assurance and compliance.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure our organization remains in compliance.
  7. Train and mentor junior team members to ensure a strong understanding of compliance practices and regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
  9. Take a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential compliance issues.
  10. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Knowledge Of Pe Funds: The Assurance Manager Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Private Equity Funds, Including Their Structure, Regulations, And Accounting Principles.

  • Strong Analytical Skills: As An Assurance Manager, One Must Have Excellent Analytical Abilities To Review Financial Statements, Identify Potential Risks, And Provide Recommendations To Improve Processes.

  • Regulatory Compliance Experience: A Qualified Assurance Manager Should Have Experience With Regulatory Compliance For Private Equity Funds, Including Familiarity With Sec Regulations, Gaap, And Ifrs.

  • Leadership And Management Skills: As A Team Leader, The Assurance Manager Must Have Strong Management Skills To Guide And Mentor Their Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Maintain A Positive Work Environment.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In This Role, As The Assurance Manager Will Be Required To Interact With Various Stakeholders, Including Clients, Senior Management, And External Auditors. They Should Also Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
