Accounting Analyst, Legal Operations

NCR is looking for an Accounting Analyst, Legal Operations to join our talented team. As a strategic partner to the Legal Department, you will be responsible for providing financial and operational support. We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Specifically, the ideal candidate should have:• At least 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a legal environment• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field• CPA certification (preferred)If you have the qualifications and skills we are looking for, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:

1. Manage financial operations of the Legal department, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking costs.
2. Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
3. Analyze data to identify trends, areas of improvement, and potential cost savings.
4. Prepare financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
5. Develop and maintain internal control processes and procedures.
6. Coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulations and laws.
7. Monitor department activities to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
8. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
9. Provide guidance and training to colleagues on accounting principles and processes.
10. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
