- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by cross-selling, upselling, and providing solutions to meet their evolving needs.
- Conduct thorough market research and stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, etc.) to develop customized solutions for clients and deliver value.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships.
- Continuously develop and enhance product knowledge to effectively communicate the value and benefits of our solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, successes, and challenges.
- Act as a brand ambassador and uphold the company's values and reputation in all interactions.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the sales process to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Sales, Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Business Development Or Account Management Within The Technology Industry
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Negotiate Contracts With Clients
Knowledge Of The Financial Services Industry And Understanding Of Technology Solutions For Banking And Financial Institutions.
