- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and growth for the national accounts division.
- Lead and manage a team of national accounts representatives, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and underwriting, to ensure a cohesive and successful approach to national accounts.
- Utilize sales techniques and negotiation skills to secure new clients and expand business with existing clients.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of the national accounts division and make necessary adjustments.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and inform business decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the national accounts team.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Sales And Account Management, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing National Accounts.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Sales Professionals.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Products And Services, As Well As Industry Trends And Competition.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.
