Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and assess potential risks associated with insurance products and services.
  2. Make decisions based on current industry trends and customer needs.
  3. Communicate effectively with customers and other stakeholders.
  4. Analyze data and generate reports to assess risk.
  5. Develop and maintain underwriting guidelines to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  6. Monitor the performance of existing underwriting policies to ensure they are meeting desired objectives.
  7. Train and mentor junior underwriters on best practices.
  8. Develop and implement strategies for risk management.
  9. Stay up to date on industry trends and regulations.
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
