  1. Build and maintain relationships with small business owners and agents in the assigned territory.
  2. Drive growth and profitability for the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  3. Utilize strong sales techniques and strategies to effectively promote and sell insurance products to potential clients.
  4. Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  7. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales campaigns.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  9. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  10. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Insurance Industry

  • Demonstrated Success In Developing And Maintaining Relationships With Small Businesses

  • Strong Knowledge Of Commercial Lines Insurance Products And Services
