  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory to drive growth and revenue for the small market insurance business.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners to promote Nationwide's products and services and increase market share.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities within the small market segment.
  4. Utilize strong business acumen to understand client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  5. Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing sales pipelines and closing deals.
  6. Communicate and negotiate with clients to understand their risk profiles and recommend appropriate insurance coverage.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans for business development within assigned territory.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in the commercial insurance market to advise clients and make informed business decisions.
  9. Represent Nationwide at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company's brand and establish new partnerships.
  10. Act as a brand ambassador for Nationwide and adhere to company values and ethical standards in all interactions with clients and partners.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights for management review.
  12. Continuously strive to expand knowledge and skills through training and professional development opportunities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Business Development, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Business Growth.
