  1. Oversee and manage a team of security guards, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure the team's success.
  2. Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to maintain the safety and security of company assets, employees, and clients.
  3. Monitor and evaluate the performance of security guards, providing feedback and training as needed to maintain high levels of efficiency and effectiveness.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

  13. Collaborate with HR to recruit and onboard new security guards, ensuring a diverse and qualified team.
  14. Manage the security budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying areas for cost-saving initiatives.
  15. Communicate with senior management on security-related matters, providing updates, recommendations, and insights to inform decision-making.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Security Management Or Supervision, Preferably In A Corporate Or Insurance Setting.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Security Guards.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Security Protocols And Procedures, As Well As State And Federal Laws Related To Security.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Employees, Clients, And Law Enforcement.

  • Possess A Valid Security License And Cpr/First Aid Certification.
