  1. Work closely with the technology team to develop and implement innovative solutions to improve processes and systems at Nationwide Mutual Insurance.

  3. Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for implementation.
  5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support for various technology platforms.
  6. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement.
  7. Complete assigned tasks and projects within specified deadlines and provide regular progress updates.
