Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience As A Trial Attorney, With A Focus On Insurance Defense Litigation
Admitted To Practice Law In The State(S) Where Nationwide Conducts Business
Extensive Knowledge Of Insurance Law, Including Coverage Issues And Claims Handling Practices
Proven Track Record Of Successful Trial Experience, Including First-Chair Experience In Complex And High-Exposure Cases.
