Juris Doctor (J.d.) Degree From An Accredited Law School.
Active License To Practice Law In The State(S) Where The Position Is Located.
Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience As A Trial Attorney, Preferably In Insurance Defense.
Extensive Knowledge Of Insurance Law And Experience Handling Complex Litigation Cases.
Strong Oral And Written Communication Skills, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Manage Multiple Cases Simultaneously.
