- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and other industry professionals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.

- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations that may impact the construction industry and insurance policies.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Construction Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Commercial Insurance Products And Services.
Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Industry Professionals.
