  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and increase sales within the construction industry.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including contractors, developers, and other industry professionals.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry.
  4. Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential areas for growth.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  6. Utilize excellent sales techniques to generate leads and close deals.
  7. Serve as a subject matter expert on the construction industry and provide valuable insights to colleagues and clients.
  8. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Nationwide's products and services in order to effectively sell to clients.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for Nationwide, representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
  10. Meet and exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  11. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to upper management.
  12. Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in regulations that may impact the construction industry and insurance policies.
  13. Continuously assess and improve sales processes and strategies to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Goals.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In B2B Sales, Preferably In The Construction Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Commercial Insurance Products And Services.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Industry Professionals.
