  1. Develop and maintain high-quality code using Java and related technologies.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement software solutions.
  3. Continuously research and evaluate new technologies to improve and enhance current systems.
  4. Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  5. Work closely with project managers and business stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  6. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to coding standards.
  7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other team members.
  8. Proactively identify and address any potential risks or roadblocks in the development process.
  9. Adhere to Agile development methodologies and participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
  10. Mentor and guide junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software development, specifically in the Java ecosystem.
  12. Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  13. Implement and maintain continuous integration and delivery processes.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any roadblocks or challenges.
  15. Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
  16. Adhere to company security and compliance policies and procedures.
  17. Continuously improve and optimize existing systems and processes.
  18. Keep up-to-date documentation of software development processes, procedures, and code.
  19. Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  20. Maintain a positive attitude and promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience As A Full Stack Java Developer, With A Strong Emphasis On Back-End Development.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Java Programming Language And Related Technologies Such As Spring, Hibernate, And Maven.

  • Experience In Designing And Implementing Scalable, Secure, And High-Performing Web Applications.

  • Strong Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Technical Issues.
