  1. Develop and implement comprehensive benefits plans in line with company values and goals.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis on current and future benefit trends and benchmarks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure benefits plans are aligned with company objectives.
  4. Evaluate and improve existing benefits programs to meet the changing needs of employees.
  5. Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to benefits.
  6. Communicate and educate employees on benefits offerings and changes.
  7. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective benefits solutions.
  8. Analyze data and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  9. Stay up-to-date on market trends and make recommendations for new and innovative benefits offerings.
  10. Proactively identify areas of improvement and make strategic recommendations to enhance the overall benefits experience for employees.
  11. Lead and participate in benefits planning and strategy meetings.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on benefits planning and analysis.
  13. Collaborate with HR and finance teams to develop and manage benefits budgets.
  14. Ensure timely and accurate reporting on benefits data and metrics.
  15. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of benefits plans and make necessary adjustments.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Benefits Planning, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employee Benefit Plans, Including Health, Retirement, And Wellness Programs.

  • Experience With Data Analysis And Financial Modeling To Support Benefit Plan Design And Decision Making.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Information To Senior Leadership.
