- Conduct risk assessments and financial analysis for specialty finance products and services.
- Develop and maintain actuarial models and methodologies to support product pricing and reserving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new products and services.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior actuaries and other team members.
- Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends and regulations related to specialty finance.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Continuously review and improve actuarial processes and procedures.
- Contribute to the development of underwriting guidelines and risk management strategies.
- Stay current on advancements in actuarial science and incorporate best practices into work.
- Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management.

Advanced Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Or Actuarial Science
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In The Actuarial Field, Preferably In The Specialty Finance Industry
Strong Knowledge Of Financial Modeling And Risk Assessment Techniques
Experience With Regulatory Compliance And Financial Reporting Requirements For Specialty Finance Products
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Present Complex Data To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
