  1. Evaluate and analyze technology systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and security.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative technology solutions that enhance the overall customer experience.
  3. Monitor and maintain the performance of technology systems, addressing any issues that arise in a timely and effective manner.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure Nationwide Mutual Insurance remains at the forefront of technological innovation.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for technology systems, including processes and procedures.
  6. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams and external clients.
  7. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend solutions.
  8. Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs in order to develop and implement appropriate technology solutions.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to procure and integrate new technology systems.
  10. Participate in the development and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
  11. Train and educate employees on new technology systems and updates.
  12. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to technology systems.
  13. Ensure compliance with company and industry regulations and standards.
  14. Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures related to technology systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  15. Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction by responding to inquiries and providing timely and effective solutions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Technology Analysis Or A Related Role.

  • Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Software Development Processes, Programming Languages, And Databases.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues.

  • Experience Working In The Insurance Industry Or A Similar Business Environment Is Preferred.
