  1. Design and develop software solutions for the PolicyCenter system, ensuring high-quality and innovative solutions are delivered to our customers.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and provide technical expertise to develop efficient and effective software solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the functionality and performance of the software meets business and customer requirements.
  4. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and apply this knowledge to improve our software and processes.
  5. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the PolicyCenter system, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  6. Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure software development projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  7. Document software features, functionality, and processes for internal and external use.
  8. Mentor and train junior team members to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
  9. Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining a high standard of coding practices and software quality.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and any potential roadblocks or issues.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards, to ensure the security and integrity of the software and customer data.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development, Specifically With Policycenter

  • Proficiency In Java Programming Language And Experience With Related Technologies Such As Sql, J2Ee, And Xml

  • Strong Understanding Of Insurance Industry And Knowledge Of Policy Administration Systems

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment
