  1. Develop and implement quality engineering processes and procedures to ensure the highest level of quality for products and services.

  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.

  6. Develop and maintain quality control documentation and reports to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  7. Stay current on industry best practices and technologies related to quality engineering and implement them as appropriate.
  8. Train and educate team members on quality processes and procedures to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
  9. Proactively identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation strategies to ensure the highest level of quality for products and services.
  10. Communicate with stakeholders, including customers, to address any quality concerns and provide updates on quality initiatives.
  11. Support and participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to enhance overall quality performance.
  12. Maintain a thorough understanding of Nationwide's products and services to ensure quality standards are met.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote a culture of quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Engineering Or Software Testing

  • Strong Understanding Of Quality Assurance Principles And Methodologies, Including Agile And Devops

  • Experience With Quality Tools And Techniques Such As Test Automation, Defect Tracking, And Root Cause Analysis

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
