  1. Develop and implement data governance policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess data quality issues, risks, and gaps in data governance processes.
  3. Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, including data classification, data lineage, and data access controls.
  4. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data governance processes and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on risk data management, providing guidance and support to business units and other stakeholders.
  6. Coordinate and facilitate data governance meetings and workshops, ensuring all relevant parties are informed and involved in decision-making processes.
  7. Develop and maintain data governance documentation, including policies, procedures, and training materials.
  8. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data governance tools and technologies.
  9. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in data governance practices, and make recommendations for their adoption.
  10. Train and educate employees on data governance principles, processes, and tools to ensure data quality and compliance.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential data risks and issues, escalating to management as necessary.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure data governance processes are aligned with business objectives.
  13. Lead or participate in data governance projects and initiatives as assigned.
  14. Conduct data quality audits and remediation efforts to address data integrity issues.
  15. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards for data privacy and security.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Data Governance And Data Management.

  • Experience With Data Governance Tools And Frameworks, Such As Collibra Or Informatica.

  • Strong Understanding Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Best Practices For Data Governance.

  • Excellent Communication And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
