  1. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Nationwide's processes, systems, and procedures.
  2. Identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps and develop solutions to address them.
  4. Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and process maps.
  5. Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives, utilizing process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
  7. Train and educate employees on new and improved processes, ensuring understanding and adherence.

  10. Continuously evaluate and refine processes to adapt to changing business needs.

  14. Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all processes.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert for process-related inquiries and provide guidance and support to team members.

Job Qualifications
