  1. Evaluate and assess risk associated with potential clients and their insurance needs.
  2. Analyze and interpret data and financial information to determine appropriate insurance coverage and pricing.
  3. Work collaboratively with other underwriting team members to develop and implement underwriting strategies.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and insurance brokers to ensure exceptional customer service.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations to ensure compliance.
  6. Communicate underwriting decisions and rationale clearly and effectively to clients and internal stakeholders.
  7. Conduct research and analysis on new and existing markets to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  8. Review and negotiate insurance terms and conditions with clients to ensure the best possible coverage.
  9. Provide guidance and support to less experienced underwriting team members.
  10. Maintain accurate and organized records of all underwriting activities and decisions.
  11. Collaborate with other departments, such as claims and risk management, to ensure comprehensive coverage for clients.
  12. Continuously identify and implement improvements to underwriting processes and procedures.
  13. Adhere to company underwriting guidelines and standards to mitigate risk and ensure profitability.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our products and services.
  15. Uphold the company's core values of integrity, excellence, and customer focus in all interactions.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Risk Management, Insurance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Underwriting Management Liability Insurance Products.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Insurance Industry Trends And Regulations Related To Management Liability.

  • Strong Analytical And Decision-Making Skills, With The Ability To Evaluate Complex Risks.

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients And Colleagues.
