  1. Configure and maintain Workday modules to support the HR team's needs and processes.
  2. Collaborate with HR team members to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions using Workday.
  3. Develop, test, and implement new Workday configurations to improve HR workflows and processes.
  4. Monitor Workday system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday configuration, providing guidance and support to the HR team.
  6. Stay informed and up to date on new Workday features and functionality, and make recommendations for implementation.
  7. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of new HR systems and processes.
  8. Train HR team members on Workday functionality and best practices.
  9. Maintain accurate documentation of Workday configurations and processes.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and streamline HR processes through Workday.
  11. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR technology and processes to support the company's overall goals.
  12. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards related to HR technology.
  13. Collaborate with external vendors as needed to support Workday configurations and integrations.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience With Workday Hris Configuration, Including Core Hr, Benefits, Compensation, And Recruiting Modules.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Best Practices And Compliance Regulations.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Workday Configuration Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
