Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience With Workday Hris Configuration, Including Core Hr, Benefits, Compensation, And Recruiting Modules.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Best Practices And Compliance Regulations.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot And Resolve Complex Workday Configuration Issues.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
