  1. Provide administrative support to senior executive leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel arrangements.
  2. Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and projects for the executive team to ensure efficient and effective use of their time.
  3. Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion and professionalism.
  4. Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for accuracy and consistency.
  5. Communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team.
  6. Assist with the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
  7. Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decision-making and problem-solving for the executive team.
  8. Proactively identify and address any potential issues or conflicts that may arise and escalate to the appropriate parties as needed.
  9. Serve as a point of contact for the executive team and provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the executive office.
  11. Complete special projects and assignments as assigned by the executive team.
  12. Stay informed on company initiatives, goals, and objectives to effectively support the executive team in achieving them.
  13. Maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  14. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and protocols at all times.
  15. Foster a collaborative and team-oriented work environment within the executive office.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience: A Senior Executive Administrative Assistant At Nationwide Mutual Insurance Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Insurance Industry.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: This Role Requires A High Level Of Organization And Efficiency, As The Senior Executive Administrative Assistant Will Be Responsible For Managing Multiple Tasks And Priorities For Senior Executives.
