- Provide expert guidance and support to the underwriting team.

Extensive Underwriting Experience: A Senior Consultant, Brokerage Casualty Underwriting At Nationwide Mutual Insurance Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Property And Casualty Underwriting, With A Focus On Brokerage And Large Accounts.
Strong Knowledge Of Insurance Products: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Various Insurance Products, Including General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Auto, And Excess/Umbrella Coverages. The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Underwriting These Products For Large And Complex Accounts.
Leadership Skills: As A Senior Consultant, The Individual Will Be Expected To Lead A Team Of Underwriters And Provide Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Team Members. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Are Essential Qualifications For This Role.
