  1. Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns from clients and potential customers.
  2. Assist the sales team in achieving their goals by providing administrative support such as generating reports, tracking sales data, and managing sales materials.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers to promote brand loyalty and increase sales.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the company, providing timely and accurate information as needed.
  5. Actively participate in sales meetings and provide valuable insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies and processes.
  6. Conduct research on potential leads and assist in the development of targeted marketing campaigns to generate new business.
  7. Collaborate with the sales team to identify sales training and development needs and assist in the implementation of training programs.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed recommendations for improving sales performance.
  9. Manage and organize sales data and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
