The ideal candidate must have a passion for analyzing and mitigating risk, be able to work independently and in a team setting, and be extremely organized. This role requires a combination of technical and analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and strong problem-solving capabilities.We are looking for a Risk Analyst who has an understanding of the insurance industry and the ability to identify potential risks. The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics. A minimum of two years of experience in a risk management position is also required. Experience with statistical and financial modeling, as well as database management, is a plus.The Risk Analyst position at Nationwide Mutual Insurance is an important one and requires an individual with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
